Click ”Play Now” and then type in the 2 boxes your Penguin Name and your Password. ( You need to make it first ) I had a penguin account named ”Rider1356” but it got banned forever because people were going on it both. 2. How to change your password? Where it says ”Play Now!” click the button ”Forgot your password?”. Then, type in your Penguin’s Name and the e-mail address you used to create your penguin. After that, you will receive an e-mail with a secret code with it. Copy the code and click the link below: support.clubpenguin.com When you click this link, paste the code you just received in your e-mail and then type in a New Password for your penguin. Type it again in the second box. Now click ”Submit” and you’re done! Go to play.clubpenguin.com and type in the new password you created to make sure if the new password works. 3. How to unban your penguin account? 1) Use nice words, not inappropriate language. 2) Send them 1-2 e-mails a day if they only reply. If not, that means they are angry with you or you got a twice ban. They will sure reply if your penguin is banned forever once. Also, this won’t work in an 72 hour ban. Only in a forever ban but once. 3) Be nice …

But people give their password to someone else and then they comment saying ‘Woah! My penguin is banned! Please help me!’.
You should take a good care of your penguin and it’s not your cousin’s or my fault if it’s banned. The fault is yours.

I can’t unban your penguin, the penguin is yours, you’re the one who should unban it. I unbanned my penguin once because it was mine.
I don’t unban other peoples’ penguins.
Im giving away two free accounts I will give one to my 40th subscriber and one to my 50th subscriber. I just made one of them June 7, so it is two days old right now. The other one is my BFF’s account. She doesn’t play it anymore, so I guess she doesn’t care if I give it to anyone or not, because she says that she never has time to play it anymore.

Your friend gave you the account and not the e-mail.
You can’t own the account unless if you change the e-mail address and then you change the password.

my friend, Sand Flipper, has been with CP since the very first Rockhopper party. She was just recently banned because on ANOTHER account she used a cheat program, and club penguin banned all of the penguins on that email account. its not fair because they wont help her out, and her family has paid for over 2 years of membership. she even had Chrisdog93 and Mimo777 added (AWESOME I KNOW!!!!) but i really feel bad for her….

Unless you use different wording but the same meaning as this message, you will get unban. Right now, im unbanning my penguin and trying to get it’s membership back too so thats the hard part.

Maybe. I got unbanned but it had no point, because I stopped playing Club Penguin.
The only way to get unbanned is to tell them the truth.
I told them that I got hacked, some people said if you say you got hacked it won’t work, but it did perfectly to me. Good-Luck on unbanning.

In the ”(Type in your penguin’s name)” you must put on the name of the penguin you want to unban.
