Jack Scalfani shows you his family’s secret recipe on how to make Rice Pudding. Rice Pudding Recipe 1 ½ cups long grain rice 4 cups water 6 cups milk 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 T vanilla 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp cinnamon Boil rice in water till water is gone. Add milk and cook on low flame till thick. Beat eggs, vanilla, drop of milk and cinnamon. Add mixture to rice and cook till thoroughly blended. Put in bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Note: recipe can be cut in half or doubled.
